Mounting Stand solutions for vertical tube furnaces stand alone positioning
Assembled and constructed using BOSCH-REXROTH® structural profile systems, Thermansys provides customized mounting stand solutions for vertical tube furnace positioning, as well as reactor and instrumentation mounting. Using commercially available accessories for tubing and cable routing makes the assembly of the profile systems easy and professionally accomplished. Stands with electronically actuated furnace movement allow the heating zone to move along the reactor length.
Depending on tube furnace model and size Thermansys is proving optionally a standard basic Mounting Stand allowing Furnace vertical installation. The basic standard stand is allowing furnace positioning at a height leaving 500mm free distance between the floor and the lower part of the furnace body. Find more in our Mounting Stands Brochure.
