Thermansys designed the RCT-AS2-T-1500 model family to offer a shorter total external length compared to our RCT-AS1-T-1500 models for applications requiring continuous heat treatment at 1500˚C. Available in single and three-zone models and designed for both horizontal and vertical operation, they can be used continuously or intermittently without restriction. Silicon Carbide (SiC) elements with a minimum pitch provide a very dense heater structure, ensuring excellent temperature uniformity. Three-zone models can achieve a central uniform length (±10˚C) of 500 mm.
