Thermansys designed Keramos S and Keramos Μ sintering furnaces series especially to serve Zirconia Sintering process.

Keramos S sintering furnace series with maximum continuous operation temperature of 1550 ˚C allows the majority of commercially available zirconium oxides sintering.

On the other hand, Thermansys designed Keramos Μ series with maximum continuous operation temperature of 1650 ˚C specially for Zirconium Dioxide (ZrO2) Dental Restorations sintering.

All our sintering furnaces are stand-alone devices equipped with embedded controllers and electrical circuits to perform a Zirconia sintering program.

• Standard equipped with a Digital LCD display temperature controller providing 15 step programming with 1 program storage.
• Optionally equipped with our specially designed KeraWorks Software. KeraWorks which serves as a human interface can be delivered with a Windows Tablet PC or itself for use with any other computer. The user can program and download the program to the furnace processor. After that procedure, the user could disconnect the computer and re-connect it any time without interrupting the executed program. The system programming is open and is suitable for various supplier materials. Windows architecture KeraWorks Software provide friendly and easy to use programming and monitoring environment.

The furnace package includes a set of Zirconia Toughened Alumina Sintering Bowl and Lid.
