Thermansys designed Keramos Μ sintering furnace series with maximum continuous operation temperature of 1650 ˚C specially for Zirconium Dioxide (ZrO2) Dental Restorations sintering.
The well recognized absence of chemical interaction between SiC and Zirconia makes this model an ideal choice for a dental laboratory performing Zirconia crowns sintering. As a result, the user can treat Zirconia crowns inside the chamber without any problem. This means that there is no need for covering or providing other protection means.
The furnace is a stand-alone device equipped with embedded controllers and electrical circuits to perform a Zirconia sintering program.
- Standard equipped with a Digital LCD display temperature controller providing 15 step programming with 1 program storage.
- Optionally equipped with our specially designed KeraWorks Software. KeraWorks which serves as a human interface can be delivered with a Windows Tablet PC or itself for use with any other computer. The user can program and download the program to the furnace processor. After that procedure, the user could disconnect the computer and re-connect it any time without interrupting the executed program. The system programming is open and is suitable for various supplier materials. Windows architecture KeraWorks Software provides a friendly and easy to use programming and monitoring environment.
Keramos Μ furnaces are heated through the Kanthal Molybdenum Di-silicide elements. The high purity of these elements in addition to the low bulk evaporation rate significantly reduce the risk of translucent Zirconia discoloration.
The furnace package includes a set of Zirconia Toughened Alumina Sintering Bowl and Lid.
